Birds of a feather flock together. So what kind of bird are we seeking for our flock? You should be driven (no flying South for the winter), talented, experienced, and thrifty. That’s right—thrifty. And if you don’t love/crave/savor/relish a smokin’ deal, you’ll need some other redeeming quality, like fantastic plumage.
